We developed a change management playbook for the Maintenance, Repair and Operations transformation programme at Mars. Impacting the EUCIS and North America regions. This included coaching on change management concepts to non change managers, and developing custom templates such as the change vision, approach, all plans, key messages and communications, including training collateral, briefing packs, promotional videos and all key change tools and templates. This is now being used to successfully deliver change across global sites.
